Thought I’d be a blog whore for my blog on my other blog. That’s gotta be some kind of narcissistic level of achievement. BUT! I thought any of you out there who want fancy photos of their stash, etsy wares or other small photographable objects might be interested.

DIY Light box tutorial [pamelahelmephotography.com]

The gist is, you’ll make this:

To get photos like this:

Yarn in lightbox!

No fancy equipment required. You can take this box (made of a box, tape and gift tissue) outside in the sun and have beautiful, soft light. Turn the flash off on your point and shoot (or whatever you have) and snap away! Enjoy!

(Also if my tute is confusing, there’s about 100 more on google!)
