Let’s try this AGAIN.

Thanks to everyone for the nice comments, I will get back to each of you, I’ve just been laid out in bed sick all week. I have such a nasty cough that my ribs ache and my fetus punches me whenever I launch into a coughing fit…I can only assume to tell me to shut up.

Also, I’m taking ideas for cute baby boy knits. All the babies I’ve ever knit for were girls so I have no clue what’s out there and not fugly to knit for baby. I’m hoping that will re-charge my knitting batteries!

You fail, we’re having a boy!

I have not abandoned my blog. I think about it a lot. I think about posting, what I might post about…then I post nothing and suffer no-post guilt. I hate being that blogger.

But, as this is a primarily knitting blog…I have nothing to say. I haven’t been knitting. I just don’t feel like it. I THINK about it…but then I take a nap. It’s kind of depressing.

My back has been nothing but agony and annoyance, so I don’t go out much. I went to my husband’s show the other night and by 11pm I was nearly in tears from the pain. It sucks being around all your drunk friends and not being able to have a delicious beer. It sucks not really feeling up to anything because you know you’ll hurt and get tired.

I’m just really into being home, curled up, in front of the TV or with a magazine. I feel like an introvert and that’s not really like me, so it’s weird.

So I spare you long boring posts like this. I’m hoping that after we find out the gender of the little thing that’s shadow-boxing my insides on Tuesday (!!!), I will be filled with the urge to knit for the baby and post all over my beloved blog.

Until then, don’t forget about me for good. I will be sure to post what we’re having as soon as I find out! Right now I’m having indigestion that feels like a heart attack, so I’m going to curl up in a ball and watch shitty TV.
